It's obviously a big shame you're thinking of leaving, but it's super simple to cancel and hopefully we'll see you again soon as it's just as easy to reactivate! Don't forget you can also pause for up to 6 weeks or skip weeks whenever you like too.
If you're leaving due to a problem with your box or our service, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we'll do our absolute best to resolve it!
If you've already made up you're mind about leaving though, please follow these steps:
Login into your account (be sure to use the same email address as the one used on your first order or it won't recognise you).
Navigate to "Subscription settings" within your account.
Scroll down to the bottom of the subscription settings page to find the "cancel subscription" button. Once clicked and confirmed, your account will be closed and you'll stop receiving Grubby boxes. You'll also receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.
You need to cancel before Friday 5pm to ensure you are not billed for the week ahead. This is because we have to dig up, pick and pack your fresh ingredients in time. If it's after this cut off you will still receive your last box on Tuesday.
Remember, you can alternatively skip or pause your subscription for the time periods that suit you.
If you are yet to receive your first box you need to contact us at email@example.com to cancel.
